1/11 • Arrival in Dehradun/Rishikesh

Arrive at Rishikesh or Dehradun, check in to your hotel, and take time to rest and acclimatise. Explore local highlights—Triveni Ghat for the Ganga Aarti, or scenic riverfront walks in Rishikesh. In the evening, attend a ride briefing session and bike allocation for the upcoming Himalayan expedition.

2/11 • Rishikesh/Dehradun - Shimla

Start your first ride through the lush Garhwal and Himachal hills. Enjoy winding mountain roads, river valleys, and pine forests. Arrive in Shimla, the colonial hill station, by evening. Its heritage buildings and panoramic views set the tone for the adventure ahead. - 290 KM

3/11 • Shimla - Chitkul

Today’s ride enters the Kinnaur Valley, following the Sutlej River and cutting through rugged Himalayan roads. Experience thrilling cliff-hugging curves and alpine scenery. By evening, reach Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border, known for its wooden houses and the pristine Baspa River - 240 KM

4/11 • Chitkul - Kalpa

A short but scenic ride awaits as you descend into Sangla Valley and then ride along the Sutlej to Kalpa. Famous for apple orchards and stunning views of Kinner Kailash Peak, Kalpa offers the perfect serene Himalayan evening. - 60 KM

5/11 • Kalpa - Tabo

Today marks your entry into Spiti Valley. Ride through Spillow, Pooh, and Khab, where the Sutlej and Spiti rivers meet, and watch the landscape transform into a high-altitude cold desert. Reach Tabo, home to the 1,000-year-old Tabo Monastery, also known as the Ajanta of the Himalayas. - 170 KM

6/11 • Tabo - Kaza

A short scenic ride deeper into Spiti. En route, visit the dramatically perched Dhankar Monastery, overlooking the confluence of Spiti and Pin Rivers. By afternoon, reach Kaza, the cultural hub of Spiti, and take the evening to rest and acclimatize. - 50 KM

7/11 • Kaza Sightseeing

Spend the day riding to Spiti’s high-altitude gems: - Key Monastery – The largest monastery in Spiti, with stunning valley views.
- Kibber Village – Once the highest motorable village, also a gateway to the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary.

8/11 • Kaza - Chandratal

Ride towards Kunzum Pass (4,551 m), enjoying thrilling off-road sections and river crossings. Arrive at Chandratal Lake, a crescent-shaped high-altitude lake famed for its mirror-like reflections and starry night skies. Overnight stay in lakeside camps, an unforgettable Himalayan experience. - 100 KM

9/11 • Chandratal - Manali

A thrilling ride today as you traverse Batal, Chhatru, and Gramphu, crossing water streams and rocky terrain. Then, pass through the Atal Tunnel, the world’s longest high-altitude tunnel, connecting the stark Spiti landscapes to the lush green Kullu Valley. Arrive in Manali, where the landscape transforms from barren mountains to vibrant pine forests. Evening at leisure to explore the lively hill town. - 120 KM

10/11 • Manali - Chandigarh

Your last long ride takes you from the mountains to the plains. Ride through the Kullu Valley, cross Bilaspur and Swarghat, and reach Chandigarh by evening. Hand over the bikes and celebrate the successful completion of your epic Himalayan motorcycle journey. - 300 KM

11/11 • Ride Ends, Farewell to Himalayas

CANCELLATION POLICY

The advance amount is non-refundable. 

100% of the Total Trip Cost is Payable to Confirm Your Booking. Once 100% amount is paid, 

  • Cancellations are made before 30 days of the start date of the trip, We will return 50% of the remaining amount.(Please note advance amount is non-refundable) 
  • Cancellations are made before 15 days of the start date of the trip. We will return 25% of the remaining amount. (Please note advance amount is non-refundable) 
  • Cancellations are made before 0-15 days of the start date of the trip. No amount is refundable. 

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

    A non-refundable deposit of 5,000 of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 07 days before the departure date.
  1. Cancellation by Organizer:
    In the unlikely event of trip cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule.

  • The organizer shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the trip. Travel insurance highly recommended.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions provided by guides and the organizing team.
  • It is advised to disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions to the organizer prior to departure.

  • Due to unpredictable winter weather or road conditions in Kashmir, the itinerary may be subject to change.
  • We reserve the right to alter the schedule, accommodations, or activities as necessary for the safety and well-being of participants.

  • Due to unpredictable weather or road blocks if we cant make it to the hotel or flight cancellation, which may cause extra days for stay, so there will be the extra charges for the same.
  1. Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend that each participant purchases travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, accidents, and emergency evacuations. The organizer will not be liable for any financial loss due to lack of insurance.

    Participants must be physically fit to handle winter conditions, as temperatures can be extreme. Each participant is responsible for bringing adequate winter clothing and gear as specified in the packing list provided. Participants are expected to be punctual for all activities and respectful to guides, locals, and fellow travelers.
  1. Code of Conduct
    Participants are expected to respect the local customs, culture, and environment. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior towards other participants, guides, or locals will lead to immediate removal from the trip without a refund.
  1. Force Majeure
    The organizer shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or alterations to the itinerary caused by factors beyond control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.

    Participants acknowledge that traveling in winter conditions involves certain risks, including but not limited to cold weather, slippery surfaces, and high-altitude activities. Participation is at your own risk.
