Great Indian Rides – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern allbookingsand participationinmotorcycletours organized by
Great Indian Rides (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a tour, you (“Rider,” “Participant,” “you”) agree to
comply with and be bound by these T&C.

General Terms

    • Participation is open only to individuals aged 18 years or above with a valid government-issued
      photo ID.

    • A valid motorcycle driving license (as per Indian Motor Vehicle Act or equivalent international license)
      is mandatory for riders.

    • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to ride safely.

    • The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not meet
      eligibility or safety requirements.

Booking & Payment Policy

1.A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% of package cost is required to secure your spot.
2.The balance payment must be cleared 10 days prior to tour start date.
3.Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without refund.
4.Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the Company.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

    1. More than 30 days before tour: 20% refund after deducting booking deposit.

    1. 15–30 days before tour: 50% refund.

    1. Less than 15 days: No refund.

    1. No refund for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Cancellation by Company:

    • In case of natural calamities, political unrest, safety concerns, or force majeure, the Company may
      postpone or cancel a tour.

    • Participants will be offered an alternate date or credit note, but cash refunds may not be
      guaranteed.

Rider Responsibilities

    • Riders must:

    • Hold a valid motorcycle driving license.

    • Be physically and mentally fit for long-distance, high-altitude riding.

    • Follow traffic rules, local regulations, and group leader’s instructions.

    • Wear mandatory safety gear (helmet, jacket, gloves, knee guards, boots).

    • Reckless riding, overtaking in unsafe conditions, or riding under influence of alcohol/drugs will result
      in immediate termination from the tour without refund.

Motorcycle & Equipment Policy

    • Motorcycles (if provided by the Company) will be in good working condition. Riders must inspect
      before acceptance.

    • Any damage, accident, theft, or loss caused due to rider’s negligence will be the rider’s financial
      responsibility.

    • Helmets and protective gear are compulsory. Riders are encouraged to carry their own for comfort
      and safety.

    • Fuel policy: [Specify whether fuel is included in tour cost or payable by rider].

Health, Safety & Risks

    • Riders must ensure they are fit to ride in challenging terrains, high altitudes, extreme weather.

    • The Company is not liable for injuries, medical emergencies, or personal accidents.

    • Participants are advised to carry personal medical kits and must inform the team about allergies or
      medical conditions.

    • Travel/health insurance covering motorcycle tours, accidents, and evacuation is mandatory (proof
      required before tour).

Tour Itinerary & Changes

    • Tour itineraries are indicative and subject to change due to weather, roadblocks, strikes, natural
      events, or government restrictions.

    • The Company reserves the right to alter routes, accommodations, or schedules for the safety and
      benefit of the group.

    • No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes beyond the Company’s control.

Accommodation & Meals

    • Accommodation will be on twin/triple sharing basis unless otherwise agreed.

    • Camps, homestays, hotels, or guesthouses may be used depending on location.

    • Meals included/excluded will be specified in the package.

    • The Company cannot guarantee special diets unless pre-informed and subject to availability.

Company Liability Disclaimer

    • The Company actsas a facilitator andis not responsible for third-party services (hotels, permits,
      transport, etc.).

    • The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

    • Participation involves inherent risks (accidents, altitude sickness, wildlife encounters, landslides,
      etc.), which are accepted by the rider.

    • The Company will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or losses due to Force Majeure events
      (naturaldisasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, etc.).

Indemnity & Consent

    • Participants indemnify theCompany, its employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or
      liabilities arising from negligence, accidents, or violations by the rider.

    • By joining the tour, you grant consent to the Company to use photographs, videos, and recordings of
      the tripfor promotional and marketing purposes.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes or claims arising out of these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
thecourts in Rishikesh, Uttrakhand, India.
