1/09 • Arrival at Guwahati
Arrive at Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India. After check-in, spend the day at leisure, exploring the vibrant Assamese culture or relaxing by the Brahmaputra River. In the evening, attend a briefing and bike allocation session to gear up for the adventure ahead. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

2/09 • Guwahati to Rupa Valley via Bhairabkunda
Kickstart your ride towards the foothills of Arunachal Pradesh. Cross Bhairabkunda, where the borders of Assam, Arunachal, and Bhutan meet, before entering the pristine wilderness of Arunachal. The road winds through pine forests, small villages, and serene valleys, eventually leading to Rupa Valley, a hidden gem surrounded by rolling hills. Overnight stay at Rupa. - 280 KM

3/09 • Rupa Valley to Tawang via Sela Pass
Today’s ride takes you deep into the Eastern Himalayas. Cross Sela Pass (13,700 ft), one of the highest motorable passes in India, often snowcovered and offering breathtaking views of frozen lakes and whitewashed peaks. Descend into Tawang, a land of Buddhist monasteries and rich culture, where the famed Tawang Monastery, the largest in India, awaits. Overnight stay in Tawang. - 210 KM

4/09 • Tawang to Chakzam Bridge & Back
A short day ride exploring Tawang’s surroundings. Ride to the historic Chagzam Bridge, a 15th-century iron chain suspension bridge built by Lama Tangton Gyalpo, spanning the roaring Tawang-chu River. Return to Tawang and spend time at local monasteries, markets, and viewpoints, soaking in the region’s cultural depth. Overnight stay in Tawang. - 60 KM

5/09 • Tawang to Bum La Pass & Back
One of the highlights of the expedition. Ride towards Bum La Pass (15,200 ft) on the Indo-China border. The journey is thrilling, with snowbound roads and dramatic landscapes. Visit the Madhuri Lake (Sangetsar Lake) en route, made famous by Bollywood. After soaking in the border’s raw beauty and history, return to Tawang for the night. - 110 KM

6/09 • Tawang to Dirang via Jaswantgarh
Descend from Tawang, stopping at the Jaswantgarh War Memorial, built in honor of Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat, a hero of the 1962 Indo-China war. Ride further through lush valleys and mountain roads to Dirang, a charming valley town known for its orchards, monasteries, and hot springs. Overnight stay at Dirang. - 150 KM

7/09 • Dirang to Kaziranga via Bomdila
Ride through Bomdila Pass, experiencing panoramic views of the Eastern Himalayas, before gradually descending into the plains of Assam. The terrain changes dramatically as you enter the Kaziranga National Park, home to the famous one-horned rhinoceros. Overnight stay near Kaziranga. - 220 KM

8/09 • Kaziranga Safari & Ride to Guwahati
Start the day with a jungle safari in Kaziranga, spotting rhinos, wild elephants, swamp deer, and migratory birds. Later, ride back to Guwahati, tracing smooth highways across the Assamese plains. By evening, check in at your hotel and enjoy a relaxed night. - 210 KM

road quality and difficulty are heavily influenced by current and prior weather conditions

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

A non-refundable deposit of 5,000 of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 07 days before the departure date.

In the unlikely event of trip cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule.

Participants must be physically fit to handle winter conditions, as temperatures can be extreme. Each participant is responsible for bringing adequate winter clothing and gear as specified in the packing list provided. Participants are expected to be punctual for all activities and respectful to guides, locals, and fellow travelers.
- Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to respect the local customs, culture, and environment. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior towards other participants, guides, or locals will lead to immediate removal from the trip without a refund.
- Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or alterations to the itinerary caused by factors beyond control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.

Participants acknowledge that traveling in winter conditions involves certain risks, including but not limited to cold weather, slippery surfaces, and high-altitude activities. Participation is at your own risk.
