Cancellation & Refund Policy

Advance payment

The advance amount is non-refundable.

Cancellations by riders

Once 100% of the trip cost has been paid:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date: we return 50% of the remaining amount.
• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the start date: we return 25% of the remaining amount.
• Cancellations made 0–15 days before the start date: no refund.

The advance amount is non-refundable in every case.

Weather and government restrictions

If unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions cancel certain activities, we will do our best to provide a feasible alternative. No refund is given for activities cancelled for these reasons.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to reschedule.
