Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 Oct 2026

1. Booking and payment

A non-refundable deposit confirms your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the departure date. The deposit amount and the balance due date for each tour are shown on the tour page and confirmed in your booking.

2. Cancellation by the organiser

In the unlikely event of trip cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule. See also our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Liability and safety

  • The organiser is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or loss of personal property during the trip. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions given by the guides and the organising team.
  • Please tell us about any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before departure.

4. Changes to the itinerary

  • Weather and road conditions in the mountains can be unpredictable, so the itinerary may change.
  • We reserve the right to change the schedule, accommodation or activities when necessary for the safety and well-being of participants.
  • If weather, road blocks or flight cancellations mean we cannot reach a hotel and extra nights are needed, the extra cost is charged separately.

5. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that every participant buys travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, accidents and emergency evacuation. The organiser is not liable for any financial loss due to lack of insurance.

6. Responsibilities of participants

Participants must be physically fit for mountain conditions, where temperatures can be extreme, and must bring adequate warm clothing and gear as listed in the packing list. Please be punctual and respectful to guides, local people and fellow travellers.

7. Code of conduct

Respect local customs, culture and the environment. Misconduct, harassment or disruptive behaviour towards other participants, guides or local people leads to immediate removal from the trip without a refund.

8. Force majeure

The organiser is not liable for cancellations, delays or changes to the itinerary caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest or government restrictions.

9. Assumption of risk

Motorcycle travel in the mountains involves risks, including cold weather, slippery surfaces and high-altitude riding. Participation is at your own risk.
